The Wedding Industry is full of amazingly talented and inspiring people.
Here are some of the ones I've worked with and ones I'm happy to recommend.

Live Entertainment

Groovy Revolution

Kelvin from Groovy Rev with Wedding DJ Adam Carr at Bernie and Kevin's Wedding last August.

Truly a band like no other. The energetic way they fly through the songs with creative medleys is truly impressive. I first played alongside them at Astra Zeneca Pharmaceuticals in Alderley Edge and most recently at a Wedding last August.

Truly talented musicians with a professional look and a very tidy stage as their monitoring is wireless.

Green Hot Clover

Warm Orange light on stage where Wedding DJ Adam Carr is alongside Green Hot Clover for a quick snapshot as they perform.

One of the most popular bands on the Irish scene, they are also available as an indie / rock Wedding Band too. They have played in Brazil, Dubai and many other destinations around the world. I got to play with them three times last December and I saw a very contrasting approach to two of the Weddings. A Band that can read the room and adapt their performance is vital to engaging with the audience.

Sean and Lee are good friends of mine, so it's always a pleasure to work alongside them

Paul Guard

Selfie of Paul Guard and Adam Carr at a Wedding.

I've only ever worked alongside Paul when he's been on his own. I've seen him sing some first dances and make those moments truly special.

He is also available as full band. I hope to see their show someday. His sound is always crystal clear.

Laura White

Smitten looking Adam Carr with Laura White from The X Factor at a Wedding in Wales taken after sound check.

X-Factor contestant Laura White and I did a Wedding together back in 2011. I did her sound that night. Great voice and so much fun to be on stage beside.

She's a published singer-songwriter in her own right and she's available for private bookings too.

Live Piano Experience

Mark Hendry and Liz at St Georges Hall (Liverpool) before collecting their County Brides Wedding Award.

Mark and Liz, a husband and wife duo. Award winning. The picture is one I took of them at County Brides Wedding Awards at St Georges Hall.

Once at a Wedding they provided ceremony music and as the wedding breakfast ran over by a considerable amount of time Mark kept playing. It was a large room and he knew he was sole source of music. This really helped the flow of the and led to it being one of my favourite weddings ever.

Wedding Photographers

Dan Wooton

This guy! Quick photo with Dan Wooton before the partition goes back and the guests start dancing.

Dan 'Wooton like a button.' In case you were wondering how to pronounce it. Really great guy, very positive and keeps his skills sharp by attending a lot of photography workshops.

James Jebson

#StandardJebsonBehavior James loves a hashtag and a selfie.

James is a bit of an all-rounder. As well as his own art exhibitions in photography he also does video. He is ambassador for global cinematic company Blackmagic Designs.

On a Wedding the bride and groom weren't going to have a first dance. But halfway through their cake cutting, with a little encouragement from guests, they decided to start dancing to the song I played.

James didn't miss a thing and despite the spontaneity of the moment he still got a great first dance photograph.

Ayesha Photography

Ayesha never stops smiling. The day we worked together she was waiting for the sunset to be just perfect to photograph Tasha and Dave. Obsessive about her craft whilst  being laid back and just fun to be around. A great combination.

David Stubbs

Not a huge fan of a selfie I was excited to get one with The David Stubbs.

Creative Documentary Wedding Photographer David Stubbs.

I take a lot of inspiration for David Stubbs. He just 'gets it' and is very straight talking.

The only instructions he gives his clients is to ignore him. Allowing them to enjoy their day and him to capture real moments.

An image of David's is the very first picture you'll see when you visit the homepage.

Damian Brandon

Fish-Eye Lens selfie of Damian and Adam

I've seen some incredible images from Damian or DSB Creative to use him his company name. The people I hear talking about him most though are fellow wedding photographers. Johnny Draper and James Tracey are big fans.

Peter Farrell

With two Fearless awards to his name, and many others, Peter is constantly building on his knowledge. He is a perfect choice for your special moments and his creative eye will ensure fantastic portraits.

Looking through his fearless portfolio you will see the quality of his work.

Here we are at Samlesbury Hall, one of my favourite Wedding Venues.

Emma Boileau

Emma and I at Wedding at Great John Street. On their Rooftop Terrace.

The look of Emma's work is my favorite of any photographer I've seen. I'm spoiled by the amazing images I see frequently. Wedding Photographers 'Best of's' and the 'hand picked shots' shots for Wedding Blogs. Despite this high standard, Emma's work stands out and is instantly recognisable. She has an incredible talent.

Lucy Little

This was taken the week after Emma's picture (above). At The Midland Hotel in Manchester.

Catherine and Steve spoke very highly of their Wedding Photographer, Lucy Little, both before and after their wedding.

Being comfortable around them and knowing their style is perfect for you is an essential ingredient for great results.

James Tracey

At a Manchester Town Hall Wedding. I've seen James at a few awards nights and industry get-togethers and we keep in touch on Facebook. He's a great guy and I love his picture of a bride and groom in Grand Central Station.

An ex-policeman, you can be sure he'll be organised.

Check out his website below. It is climbing high in the Google rankings. James works just as hard on weddings as he does on blogging the images they produce.

Herve Gillet Photography

Herve-and-Adam-Carr-Wedding-DJ-at-Eaves-Hall

I seen Herve now on four different weddings. Always a pleasure to see and we've have good chats whilst the wedding guests are having their wedding breakfast.

He has many years experience and is always striving to learn more and push the limits of his passion.

Steve Gerrard

Wedding-DJ-Adam-Carr-and-Wedding-Photographer-Steve-Gerrard

Steve has recently re-located to Canada. But he was based in the UK for many years. He still has ties here and does weddings and workshops in the UK. He's a destination wedding photographer who's skills take him all over the world. I've seen amazing pictures of his from weddings in Italy and in

He used be a DJ. He has tracks on iTunes. DJ'ing at a Wedding he was shooting was shooting was a great experience and he got some fantastic dancing shots.

Nick English

Nick English and Adam Carr at Rivington Hall Barn

Here's Nick and I at Rivington Hall Barn. A gorgeous space, but in terms of photography a rather challenging one. Quite dark with lots of different sources of light. Nick was up to the challenge and got a wide variety including some really interesting images captured in that light.

I was All Day Wedding Hosting that day so I also saw him doing the group shots in the sunshine. He has the all important great people skills too.

Laura Lee

0613.jpg

Laura lives in Chorlton, and I'm based in South Manchester too. Here we are both in Liverpool having a quick photo as some live musicians entertain during the room turnaround.

This was one of my favourite weddings of last year. I recently looked through what Laura captured and her pictures tell the days story beautifully.

Andy Keher

A sensitive bloke with a great sense of humour. I'm booked to DJ at a wedding and before the couple spoke to Andy they were certain they'd already found a different photographer. But because they knew how relaxed people would be around Andy. And because lot's of bridal prep was taking place in the brides parents home the morning of the wedding they decide to go with Andy.

I knew Andy was the Wedding Photographer at Samlesbury Hall on the day of this photograph. But he didn't know I was the Wedding DJ. I came early because there's an opportunity for an early load in and to have a catch up with Andy.

Joanne Jacobs

Quick snapshot of Joanne and Adam Carr between the dancers at The Castlefield Rooms.

You'll instantly feel comfortable around Joanne. I did. I think she'd fixed my tie even before we'd introduced ourselves. Erin and Vinnie mentioned about their photographer and I knew right away that they'd made a terrific choice.

Andrew Collier

Andrew does all different types of photography. Whether it's family portraits, proms or pets. With some commercial work too, as well as his wonderful weddings work.

Perfect for the moments to come throughout your married life.

Pixies in the Cellar

The Pixies are a husband and wife wedding photography duo comprising of Peter and Sara.

At this particular wedding it was with a trained eye that they were chosen. Since the groom, Ian, is a graduate of photography.

I'm a fan of their images and it's a couple of there's in the slideshow at the very top of the first page on this website.

Dancers

Reel Rhythms

Quick photo with The Hesters before they started.

An Irish Dance troupe can be an exciting addition to your event. Most of the dancers have toured the world on the back of their talent at one point or another.
Audience participation is probably the part that I look forward to the most.

The numbers of dancers varies but these brothers are often the core of dancers. And Often the core of the party too.

Toastmasters

Stephen T Sanders

If your colour is red.

One of the few toastmasters I like. I personally wouldn't want one. But if you do it's worth chatting to Stephen. He's very experienced and has a lovely manner. He'll put you at ease.

Sound reinforcement and touring

Titan Touring Productions.

Graham recommended me for his friends wedding. In return I tricked him to dancing with his wife Charlotte when everyone joined in the first dance.

Having the equipment is one thing but having the skills to work with the musicians and get the best out of them by providing the best service to them is what I feel is Titan's strongest asset. Graham has built the company over many years and his staff are all expert in their field.

If you have a musicians in need of equipment contact Charlotte from Titan.

Tube UK

Adam from Tube with Wedding DJ Adam Carr.

Tube deliver huge events and festivals around the North West and Beyond.

Last year at The Radisson Edwardian, formerly the Free Trade Hall, they provide the sound for Nine Black Alps and myself. James the drummer was also the groom.

If you're looking to have friends or family preform at your wedding, take the pressure off them and allow them to really enjoy sounding their absolute best.
